Shipping Policy – The StartUp Deck

At The StartUp Deck, we keep shipping simple, transparent, and fast. This page explains how your deck gets from us to you.

 

1. What We Ship

We currently ship:

  • The StartUp Deck (physical product)

  • Any promotional or bonus materials that are included with your order

Digital resources (like your online access) are delivered via email and are not subject to shipping fees.

 

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking (where available).

If you don’t receive confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us via the Contact page so we can check it.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location

  • The number of decks in your order

  • The shipping method selected (where options are available)

You’ll always see the final shipping cost before you pay.

 

4. Shipping Timeframes

Within Australia

Estimated timeframes (after dispatch):

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

  • Express (where available): 1–3 business days

Outside Australia

  • Delivery times vary by region (typically 7–21 business days).

  • International orders may be subject to local customs processing.

These timeframes are estimates only. Once your order is with the carrier, delays due to weather, peak periods, customs, or network disruptions are outside our control—but we’ll help where we can.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available:

  • A tracking link will be emailed once your order has shipped.

  • If tracking seems stalled, reach out and we’ll follow up with the carrier.

 

6. International Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside Australia:

  • Local duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please check your local rules before ordering.

7. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, we can:

    • Resend it (additional shipping may apply), or

    • Arrange a refund excluding original shipping costs (unless required otherwise under Australian Consumer Law).

If you realise you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your deck:

  • Arrives damaged,

  • Is missing, or

  • Doesn’t arrive within a reasonable timeframe,

please contact us via our contact us page, with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the packaging/product.

We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve it — this may include a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
